We fully understand that you will be parting with a sizeable chunk of your hard earned money and as a result you are quite naturally worried that you may not be able to "feel" the extra power & torque after the conversion, so, with this in mind, we have the following Refund policy:
If you take the car away and are not absolutely satisfied with the new performance of your engine, you can bring it back to us within 7 days of the invoice date and we will give you a 100% full refund. There will be no pressure and no arguments; we will even make you a coffee whilst we reverse the modifications to your ecu.
Customer satisfaction is everything to us, we don't just want your money… money is nice, but we are honestly more interested in ensuring that you are happy with your purchase and the service you received from us. That way we know you will be eager to return to us with your next vehicle and will maybe send us one or two of your friend’s cars too. We can’t be more honest or fairer than that…
